He kicked off his career as an FAA A&P Mechanic, and later on became instrumental in the development of several name-brand commercial airlines, including America West, Morris Air, Champion Air, and JetBlue. Troy lead the effort to develop and achieve FAR Part 121 certification of maintenance documents in record time for multiple air carriers. |

A true Jetscape supporter, Beatriz has been an essential part of the evolution and growth of the company since 2003. She joined the team as Customer Service Representative and was quickly promoted to Customer Service Manager. Beatriz provides direct support to the Jetscape leadership team and is responsible for creating marketing strategies to build the brand, drive sales, and business development. She is a proven, trusted advisor and leader in building and growing teams and creating a collaborative culture. |

In her role, Genevieve is responsible for daily accounting and finance management for the company. She started her career in aviation in 2006 as Customer Service Representative, her skills and professionalism quickly promoted her to top managerial roles. In 2014 Genevieve found a home at Jetscape, where she works closely with business development, sales and operations teams to enable financial processes for the FBO. Genevieve is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Forensic Accounting at Southern New Hampshire University. |

Debbie has extensive experience in the travel and tourism industry, having worked for American Airlines, a leading travel agency and then eventually finding her home at Jetscape for the last 16 years. She currently leads a talented team of customer service professionals innovatively blending people and processes, to get the job done right the first time. Every time. Outside of work Debbie enjoys going to the beach, books and good time with friends. |

Michael ChungLine Service Manager |

Michael has over 10 years of experience in the industry having served in numerous roles at other prestigious companies, including Line Service Technician, Line Service Supervisor and Line Service Manager. He is a dedicated team player and leader who sets high expectations for himself, and those in his charge. In his role as Line Service Manager, he is responsible for training line service staff in all aspects of ramp operations, as well as managing the daily operations of the department and fulfilling the company’s customer service mission. In his spare time, he enjoys listening to audio books, working out, and spending time with his family. |
